Happy Birthday 'From My Heart'

Valentine’s Day Card ????   No It’s a Birthday Card

In keeping with the Mini catalogue suite … ‘From My Heart’, I’ve used the Specialty Designer Series Paper from this suite and made this lovely little Birthday card.

Pretty easy little card using just card stock, DSP, real red satin ribbon, a heart doily and some white card stock to create the sentiment.

You could easily make this yourself!

Valentine's Day .... It's Over!

Valentine’s Day Cards … Cards … Cards

Yes I’m a little late but I was so busy making cards and selling them, that I had no time to blog before the big day.

The Mini catalogue this year has given us a fantastic Valentine’s Day suite     ‘From my Heart’ … lots of elements in this suite to make some fantastic cards.   Of course you don’t have to use it solely for Valentine’s Day!
I’ve added the different cards here that I made this year to celebrate the big LOVE day!  They went out the door!  Thanks all those who purchased one of my cards.
Some of these cards I used retired products ….. because DSP should be used and not stored!

Hope you like my cards!  Please feel free to leave a comment below!  You might like to also visit my Facebook Page – Collard Crafts.

Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop - February 2020

Monthly Team Blog Hop February 2020

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Monthly Team Blog Hop! We are so happy that you could join us today for this blog hop for ideas and creative inspiration. We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set. We really appreciate your support.

You may be starting here or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

It was really hard to decide which card and suite of DSP to highlight in this months blog hop ... there are so many lovely papers in the Mini Catalogue it was hard to decide.

My card this month to feature is one I've put together from the Parisian Blossoms Specialty DSP, using Pool Party and Petal Pink.  (Lot's of P's there!)  You could make endless lovely cards from this suite of papers and both  stamp sets to go with it are just devine.

I ran the Petal Pink cardstock through the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder to give it a little texture and tied the Petal Pink Metallic-Edge ribbon around the two pieces of paper.

I've used the sentiment Happy Birthday from the Sending you Thoughts stamp set on the Timeless Label Punch and edged it in Silver Foil.

I love how this turned out  ...  so much so that I used it as part of my February workshop and the ladies were more than happy with their cards!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog.  I really would appreciate you leaving a comment or visiting my Facebook page - Collard Crafts and would really appreciate any feedback.  I know that many other demonstrators around the world will have amazing projects.  Enjoy your 'hopping'!

The list will show you who to visit next.  Don't miss one blog link!  Remember you are currently on my page - Trudy Collis, see who is below me to know who to visit next.

Thoughtful Blooms

February Make and Take

As usual we gathered at the Gwandalan Guest House for a cardmaking session last Sunday 2nd February.

I created a very simple stamped card from the Thoughtful Blooms stamp set that is one of the FREE Sale-a-bration $90 items in the current catalogue, along with the Small Bloom Punch from the same SAB catalogue.

The colours co-ordinate well - Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Seaside Spray and the leaves were stamped in Garden Green.  Some ribbon and a little bling, made the card.

After stamping the small blooms in Highland Heather and the centre in Gorgeous Grape I used the punch to cut them out and add a dimensional behind them before adding to the card.

Effective!

The girls loved stamping .... I know what I'm going to do more of!
